Our CitraTek Team sources candidates with a range of technical skills. Our Technical Recruiters source and heavily prescreen every candidate for verification of skills and previous work experience. Next candidates go to our HR Department for a second round of prescreening for cultural fit and personality. If the candidate passes, then our Account Managers deliver the candidate to the client and help both the candidate and client throughout the interview process. Our Account Mangers can assist with interview coordination, background checks and offer letters.
